Having worked at the senior level within a number of markets for nearly 20 years, we have very strong relationships and access to the senior hierarchy within a number of Professional Services Firms, particularly Law Firms, Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions & Regulatory Bodies. Where we don't have current access we have the ability to find the right point of contact quickly. We are in active discussion with a large number of organisations about their plans and requirements, putting us in the privileged position at any time of knowing what opportunities are out there and what your career options are likely to be.

Parallel growth - The growth of our business is aligned very much to that of the clients’ business; our Principal has worked on numerous long term projects resulting in the recruitment of both partners and teams that have had a significant impact on the growth of those clients. For example, we were responsible for the recruitment of 37 partners for one medium sized City firm, 20 for another, and 16 for a third.
